• HAIR+ members agree to always abide by the prevailing Terms & Conditions of membership as listed below upon becoming a HAIR+ Malaysia member.

• HAIR+ may, in its sole discretion modify or terminate the rules & regulations, terms & conditions, benefits, and eligibility for HAIR+’s membership program.

• Points redemption is only valid in Malaysia by walk-in.

• Points are valid for 12 months from the joined date of membership.

• Goods purchased fully/partially with points cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All redemption or member discounts shall be for walk-in only except specific via online.

• Membership’s benefit is not allowed to redeem more than one at the same time.

• HAIR+ membership and points are strictly non-transferable. HAIR+ reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice if HAIR+ has any doubt on a membership account.

• HAIR+ members are responsible for informing HAIR+ either in person or in writing when there is a change of personal particulars. HAIR+ will not be held accountable for any consequences and loss of benefits, privileges, and points resulting therewith from members’ non-conformance.

• HAIR+ reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Terms & Conditions of membership, including any of the benefits, or terminate it at any time without prior notice.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of HAIR+ shall remain final.

• HAIR+ deploys all efforts to protect your personal information in high confidentiality. HAIR+ will fully abide by the rules and regulations of The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”).
