REFUND/EXCHANGE

We only allow product exchange for the following reasons: incorrect items, manufacturing defect, expired products. Any product exchange must be requested to us via email (sales@hairplus.my) within 14 days from your receipt of the items. The respective products must remain unused and in original packaging with tags intact, accompanied with the original order receipt. Delivery charges on the product returns shall be borne by the customer. If the items you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may be allowed to use the credit to purchase other items of equal or greater value.



CANCELLATION

HAIR+ reserves the right to hold or cancel any order without prior notice when deemed necessary. We will proceed with the cancellation should any of the circumstances below occur:

  • The item is no longer available.
  • Payment failed or not received.
  • Payment/shipping information could not be verified.
  • The order cannot be shipped to the address provided or where the shipping address could not be verified.
  • Violation of HAIR+’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Cancellation initiated by the customer.
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 14 working days to be completed.
