We only allow product exchange for the following reasons: incorrect items, manufacturing defect, expired products. Any product exchange must be requested to us via email (email@example.com) within 14 days from your receipt of the items. The respective products must remain unused and in original packaging with tags intact, accompanied with the original order receipt. Delivery charges on the product returns shall be borne by the customer. If the items you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may be allowed to use the credit to purchase other items of equal or greater value.
HAIR+ reserves the right to hold or cancel any order without prior notice when deemed necessary. We will proceed with the cancellation should any of the circumstances below occur:
